cold delivery

I ordered online for delivery on the 31/10/2018 at 18h27. Phoned steers Gezina at 19h16 and they informed me the driver left 16min ago(19h00). At 19h35 no delivery has taken place as yet. Keep in mind the Steers is 3Km away from my residence. Delivery took place at 19h40, chips and burgers cold. Very poor delivery services
