Cold burgers Hot chips

Bought a Cheeseboy burger meal with crunchy onions and 1extra slice of cheese. It was a collection order. When I collected the burger was cold but the chips were nice and hot. Later on I bought the same Cheeseboy burger meal with the same extras. Burger was again cold but the chips were hot. Its a Steers in Kimberley Oliver Road. I think they prepare the burgers in advance. The cheese didn't even melt on the pattt
