Cold and Soggy Burgers

Me and my family was on holiday in Strand ,on the 5 December 2019 i bought my kids 4 burger and chips at Steers on the Strand Pavilion,it was load shedding so the staff at Steers said i can fetch my chips later when the power is back on,but when i came to my hotel room which is 2 minutes away from Steers Strand Pavilion the burgers was very cold and soaked in sauce the burgers tasted off as well my kids was so hungry and just ate the burgers just so cold and soggy.I then called back to Steers and spoke to Pam she was very unhelpful and not apologetic at all,she rather tells me "you bring me the 4 whole burgers and i will give you four warm burger"what type of answer is that,and i just supported the same Steers the day before.Pam learn how to treat your customers,and give your customers what they pay for. Im very disappointed in Steers Strand Pavilion i will not support Steers Strand Pavilion again...
