Cold and Soggy
On December 11th my fiance and I decided to use Mr D's delivery service which was shocking. They took down the order wrong and they weren't willing to take responsibility in being a part of this order. When our food arrived the chips were cold and soggy. The burgers were drenched in sauce and they were inedible as the bottoms of the buns broke apart. When I phoned Mr D I was put through to the manager who contacted Steers. Steers called me and because it was night time there was no manager on site so I was told I would be contacted the next day. I'm still waiting for the call and my refund of R275.
