Chips! Steers chips are the best = NOT. Maybe that was the case in PAST TENSE but definitely not anymore. The second time I had it and the dissapointment is worse. Did I report this last one to the manager? No; I did not - I decided I am really not in the mood. Why do I always have to be a ***** before I get service? So I decided this is the last time I bought from you. Fare well Steers. Your chips were always the best. Crunchy on the outside; soft in the inside now it is just cooked. And yes this time I asked 3xtimes note 3xtimes please make sure it is crispy and yet again the dissapointment - it was not. Yes; I did check it and no I did not give it back. Why? Because I am sick of being a *****. I am sick of not getting what I expect. So yes; I ate it and it was oraait but I can make better chips at home and the cafee at the corner actually care about his customers. So well done Steers for loosing yet again another customer. You need to do quality controll because your name are being thrown away. (But I really think you do not actually care; because you do not even have a review button on your Facebook. Did you get so many negative complaints????)
