Children are entitled to service

On Saturday afternoon around 17:00 I stopped in front of Steers Cobble Walk for my 12 year old son and his friend to buy us each an ice cream. This entire process took between 15 and 20 minutes. I find this highly unacceptable. Although the shop was not busy it appeared that due to myson being a minor he was simply not regarded with the respect he deserved. His first words when he returned to the car was \Dad the service was terrible"this out of the mouth of a 12 year old. What the people at Steers don't realize is the kids of today are the clients of tomorrow. I challenge Steers to contact my son and hear it from \""the horses mouth\"""""
