Chicken is hard in extremely bad condition

I purchased a quarter chicken meal with a roll on the 27 November 2017 to my surprise just by looking at the chick i could clearly see its it was not properly prepared almost looked as if it was done the previous day i am so disappointed i have to just throw it away , i then contacted steers to try explain to them what had happened i spoke to Anthea Dintsi she didnt even apologize she continued to tell me thats how the chicken is and just said she will call me back.

I am just sad that i was treated this horribly as a customer. Their service is indeed one of those i dont want to ever endure.
