cheated out of my order

firstly this is not the firs time that im having and issue with N1city steers in goodwood, other times i just let it slide, but i freaking had enough now. Steers N1 city's food is always cold,and added to that this time I ordered a Mexican burger only to find out when i got home that it wasnt a Mexican burger but something like this,bun patty cheese lettuce and tomato with salsa sauce, Is this a Mexican burger? im f%$ livid, how many times are you going to take me for a ride. im definitely not going to go back and make a scene even though i want to.i need something to be done about this please,they not getting away next time,and freaking train your staff man they clueless idiots behind that till. order number was 228

today i went in to collect my burger and they gave me chips extra, wasnt expecting anything so it was a bonus for me. they basically called me 24h after i laid the complaint which to me is excellent because i thought this was going to take weeks to sort out. thanks to Steers and Hellopeter. now get your staff up to date with the menu and put a picture of the burger against the wall or something.
