Change of product size
Went a number of times to Steers over last month. Was hoping a once off experience, but not to be. They have changed the ice cream cup size to a smaller size, I guess to avoid increasing price. However, the holders and lids have not changed. So when you order take-away, the lids fall off and the ice creams fall out of the holder while driving. I have no problem changing the cup size if Steers needs to, but really they should change the holder and lids as well.
