Change in delivery policy
I called now to place an order for delivery and was refused because my order is under R50 and this was not the case when I ordered approximately a month ago. When I placed an order previously, regardless of the price, I would then get charged a R10 delivery fee. Now, the order has to be over R50 and then still an R8 delivery fee is levied. I will definitely not be buying from Steers any longer and will rather purchase elsewhere where they will deliver without any hassle.
