It’s so disappointing at how Steers outlets don’t offer the same service across all their franchises. I visited your Sam Ntuli branch in Katlehong GP and I was told that I can’t swipe a cone ice cream because it’s less than R30.

Since when is steers operating like a ****a shop.

It’s so sad how black people are subjected to such unfair standards because when I make the very same purchase in a suburban area, I’ve never been told this.

Steers you need to do better- this is absolutely disgusting.
