Caused allergic reaction due to no listening s****s

To the Steers in Sunnyrock Germiston. I ordered a wacky Wednesday on the 28th August 2019 and asked for no onion. Although the box said no onions I received a burger with onion. I request no onion due to a mild allergic reaction I get where my mount gets sores and swells. I am highly disappointed with the listening s****s and the simple tasks of taking an order.
