Can we taaaalk, for a minute, Steers I want to know what's going on . . .

15:30 I was at Steers in Albert Road, Woodstock at the Total Garage. I get a Pie and ask if I can pay for it at the Steers counter, as I'd like to buy am ice-cream cone too and I'm given permission. I stand in line and a guy with a Fez helps me, seems new, enquires how to ring up the pie and Aisha (that's what the name tag said) tells him to use a certain barcode and asks a\Aisha to prepare the Ice Cream, but she say the achine has just been put on. I pay and she makes an ice cream, but gives it to another person who has been waiting. but didn't even pay yet, whereas I did. Then she says 1 minute and I put on my times, a mimnute passes and ask her where my ice cream is and says that she's still waiting and insists the machine is cold, I understand, but she also said a minute? Had she comunicated honesty and accurately I would have canceled the ice cream, but as I was technically **** to, missed my bus. The as I roa the store, the guy with the Fez comes and gives my money back, I didn't ask for it back, I already missed my bus and now I'm not getting an ice-cream cone either? I leave and when I check my reciept s287 and the pie was charged for a piemans pastry pie, which it was not?! I have questions and need answers . . .
