****** BY STEERS AND UBEREATS

UBEREATS along with the people they employed, *********** men riding scooters are *****'s. I placed an order with Steers Long Street, Cape Town on the 27 October 2023. I used my debit card as a payment method but realized the online payment has exceeded daily limit, I then changed payment method to cash on delivery. My order arrived and was delivered by a Juvenal as his name appeared on the app. I gave him a total amount plus a tip in cash. The very next day, UBEREATS deducted that same amount from my bank card even though I removed it after I received my order. When I called STEERS, they sent me from pillar to post and nobody could then tell me where and how to contact UBEREATS as STEERS then said they have nothing to do with it. so I guess they just send your food with anyone that says they there to pick up a order, and I find it so strange that they have no contact with UBEREATS but they somehow have some sort of agreement with the company. The Manager I spoke to on Saturday 28 October 2023 explained that they do. I spoke to a worker from STEERS called Amanda and another one that just sighed and laughed at what I was saying. Then the He promised to call me back on Monday the 30 October 2023 and nothing up until today. I don't think you not trust STEERS OR UBEREATS because I was ****** clearly.
