BURNT, soggy and Half eaten chips!!!

I ordered 3 wacky Wednesday meals with 2 large chips and collected and left. (Order no: 207) The package was tightly STAPLED and now I understand why!!! The chips were half full, burnt and soggy with oil as if refried several times. The lettuce is a yellowish/ brownish color and tastes terrible. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed and wish for Steers to monitor this outlet especially in Wednesday as their food standards drops. This is not the first i have experienced this and this time around i am NOT keeping quiet. Foodnis bery expensive and thus we must get our rand value. Till slip and Images available on request.
