Burnt quarter chicken from Steers Lenasia South(Shefield)

Steers that is in Lenasia South (Shefield) has given us good and bad service for some time now, and we've been able to bare with it as we are all humans, but to day i got the worst service ever(the preparation of the meal), i got a burnt quarter chicken , and when i try call in they giving me the run around until my airtime got exhausted. I'm not happy at all as i work so hard for my money, and don't get what i payed for.
