Burnt patties and no drinks delivered: Steers nightmare

I'm not happy with Steers Lenasia south, I ordered meals and drinks which was delivered without the drinks I ordered and even after I called the store in Lenasia south of this, I was promised someone will deliver the drinks burt nothing in a week, worst was the burnt patties and chips like niknaks, way to crunchy. Every time I call the store, I'm put on hold for supervisor and than line cuts. Order#***5
