Burnt, inedible food and missing items from order
Steers is clearly losing its edge. What an EPIC FAIL this. On numerous occasions we've had problems, with this steers in particular. The service is always substandard. The one delivery guy is always sour and unhappy like its our problem and there is always sure to be something wrong with our order. Tonight we had burnt chips for supper, most of which were inedible and we had a food item that was missing from our order that we had paid for but never received. We always have some sort of problem with Steers Columbine Crossing, but this is the last straw. Paying for food that is burnt and inedible as well as paying for food that is not included in the delivery is an absolute NO NO!!!
