Burnt food from Steers MAPONYA MALL

Hi I have a complaint about the Maponya mall branch.I bought a Big bacon meal today as a take away..When I got home and attempted to eat it,the patties were extremely burnt and hard and not edible.I then called the store to alert them about this and after putting me on hold for almost an hour the employee I spoke to promised to get the manager to call me back and they have not. I need a replacement for my burger tomorrow as I cannot pay R119 for the below standard food they gave me.My order number was 144
