Burned food

I'm really disappointed with my recent order.i ordered 2 mjojo burger meal with 250 ml shake and kids rib strips C. The food was burned the pineapple was burned the ribs for the child was burned too.like everything the worst part is that it wasn't full but they took their time ok I don't have a problem of waiting but we were supposed to get perfect food but guess what the food was terrible I regret my self.
