Burger with no patty

I just visited my local steers in beaufort west and had a very unpleasant experience. Im not one to complain but steers burgers are my favourite. I bought wackys to spoil my family, only to get home and find out one of the burgers do not have a patty on, mind you after waiting nearly 45 minutes, I drive back only to get there and they tell me SORRY, then put the patty on WITHOUT making the burger neat. Then the employee says sorry for that but we are busy. Steers if you get this contact me, i have fotos.
