Bunch of ****** and ****MERS

Steer Trade Route Mall They are CROOOKS and ****MERS. The worst service I have ever experienced with a fast-food restaurant. I ordered food on the Steers app 22/08/2025, after hours of waiting for food, I called the restaurant to find out how far along is the order, only for them to tell me they don't deliver around my area. They accepted the order, knowing very well they don't deliver in my area. The manager's name is Khetha Ndlovu who was rude and arrogant when I explained it was too late for me to order elsewhere and my kids were hungry. Till this day I still await my refund, a lady named Makgotso promised to help and even gave me her watsup number but everytime I message her she does not bother responding. The service and attitude of the manager is despicable. I will never buy from steers ever again and will tell my closest friends and everyone I know about Steers.
