BULL**** SERVICE FROM STEERS TRADE ROUTE MALL

i placed an order today 05/05/2020 at steers trade route mall, at 15H30 and it's now 19h00 and i'm still waiting, i literally called back to follow up on my order and they assured me that the driver, Ephraim is on his way and i'm still ****** waiting, i spoke to the manager Marshelle twice, call centre agents the whole shebang and what's worse i had the break my fast with this food, i tried one last time to call, attempt number 11 and they literally answered the phone and just placed it down without answering me, and i could hear laughing- that's really bad service.. i don't even think they'll call be back to apologise , really incompotent people....
