BUGS RUNNING ON STEERS BURGER

Purchased hake n rice n extra calamari from FISHAWAYS n the rice was off n mushy, the calamari was pathethic with 4 shrivelled up calamari pieces. To make this even worse I bought a prince burger n chips for my son from the steers n our disgust there were bugs running on his burger. Took the food back to the store where they refunded us, but no one even apologies for the disgusting food n the owner (Mohammad FAADIEL) blatantly refused to speak to me over the phone n told the manager to tell me to take the refund or another burger. They even said we don't have proof as we don't have the bugs, how do u catch running bugs..... Luckily for us, we asked for the burger back so that we can show them n both the STEERS n FISHAWAYS managers saw the bugs under the burger, while my hubby recorded it on his phone, n still after seeing it no one cud look at us or even apologies. Such filth..... Sies..........

Sies to the owner MOHAMMED FAADIEL (which we got the name from the staff) for allowing this to happen n cannot even speak to us.. Such a disgrace.....

Such arrogance n disrespect without even trying to apologize. Worst service ever n most disgusting food.
