Bring my order to my car????? I think not.

I don't know why Steers has a "Bring it to my car"option if they just ignore it. I ordered food from Steers Washington Post and ticked the option to have the food brought to my car. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I tapped the option in the mobile app "I have arrived". I then sat there for a further 20 minutes and when I realised I wasn't going to get my food I went into the shop to get my food. Why do you guys have this option if it's not even implemented? Ended up having nice cold burgers and don't expect anything to come of this to be quite honest.
