Brackenfell Steers
<p>Last night I was at Brackenfell Steers. I ordered just one Wacky Wednesday and large chips. The order took an excess of 30 minutes. What is even more frustrating is that the staff did not even tell us that there is a waiting period. The shop wasn't even full to justify the wait. There were about 5 people at the back (kitchen) but none of them seemed to be stressing about the few customers waiting for their orders.</p> <p>I hope this will fall on the right person so that the message will get the staff. I eventually had to go to the counter to get feedback and guess what? When I got to the counter my order was done. This is unacceptable.</p>
