Boycott Steers Dainfern Square- Covid Violations

I ordered my food today at 4:17PM at the Steers at Dainfern Square. I made my order online and also paid online. Once I got a verification that they had received my order I then called the branch and asked for them to provide me with the number of the delivery guy that was going to drop off my food so I can give him the code to my estate. They gave me the drivers number and I proceeded to generate a code for him once I got the code i sent him an sms of who I was, where I stayed and the code.

45minutes later I got a notification from my estate app letting me know that the driver had arrived. At this point I am waiting by the kitchen so I can answer the door when the driver knocks. However, 5minutes later I received a notification stating that the driver had left the estate and I still hadn't received my food. I tried calling the driver and they didn't answer then I called Steers and they said they would get into contact with the driver and then call me back. Five minutes went by and I called them back and that is when Nkosinati, who is the manager answered.

Nkosinathi said that the driver whose name is ironically Brilliant Madawini had just walked into the restaurant. I told Nkosinathi that all I wanted was my food, that is when Brilliant started cussing me off from the background saying that he had come to my door and knocked for a long time but I didn't answer (which btw is all false because as soon as I got a notification he had entered the estate I went to the kitchen so I can open the door when he knocked). This Brilliant employee started being belligerent and cursing at my via the phone Nkosinati at this point tried to calm me down and said that he would get another driver to come deliver my food. And asked that I generate another code for the new driver which I did.

Fifteen minutes later I get a notification from my estate stating that the driver had arrived and I decided to wait outside my door this time for the driver. Next thing my phone rings and its Brilliant, when I answered the phone I was met with the words "where the **** are you?" to which I rep**** you will not speak to me like that thats when he came to my door at that time I got on the phone with Nkosinathi asking him why he would send the very same person I had a verbal altercation with to deliver my food because chances are this delivery guy could have spat in my food. Nkosinati proceeds to say that they had no one else to deliver and that he was the only driver there and I asked him why he didn't ask me to collect the food rather and all he did was apologies. Then Brilliant shoves the food in my hands and threw the slip in my face. Then I slammed the door because I was still on the phone with Nkosinati notifying him about what just had happened and thats when my neighbours came out because of the commotion. My neighbours informed me that Brilliant called me a ***** and said that I thought I was white and that I think I am all that.

I have never in my life been so disrespected, ever! Steers has put my life in danger because they had a driver that expressed his dislike for me deliver my food again and I know for a fact that he spat on my food because my seal was broken. I am going to sue Steers Dainfer Square for this and I hope that everyone that is reading this boycotts them.
