Bluewater Bay Steers

So I was in a queue and I was next for being helped the cashier left me there and there were people standing behind me with 1 cashier on the tills.The cashier decided to ignore me and help to giys who were behind me and I asked her why doesn't she bother to ask if I have been helped coz she can see Im standing there and theres no one helping me.I then got helped arrived at home the buns seems like they were eaten by rats.The service in Bluewater bay sucks I called them and asked for manager they told me theres no manager or supervisor.
