Black spoiled potato chips

I'm honestly sick and tired of Steers Protea Glen Soweto employees. 3rd time in a row, I have been receiving cold, black spoiled potato chips. Why serve us sh*tty stuff that you won't even eat and get satisfied with?

It's not like they are not aware. And the customer complain line is as useless as them. They will hear you out and promise to get back knowing very well that none such will happen
