Birthday surprise spoiled by steers!!!

I'm very much disappointed with bad service at streers Ga-Rankuwa, I placed an order online around 18:15 and two hours passed without any delivery or call from steers so i tried to contact them and about my delivery, then they told me that they will make a delivery asap and their driver came 30 minutes after but inside the parcel they did not put Coke 1L which we payed for....Streers ruined a birthday surprise for me!!!
