Beyond poor service

Appalling service from Steers Carnival City. Placed an order more than two hours ago, until now still not delivered. Only to receive a call to be told that a second order will be made as soon as the driver becomes available. This is beyond poor service, I want my refund so that I can order food for my kids elsewhere since Steers clearly doesn't value me as a customer.
