Be warned! Volkstrust Steers & Fishaways

<p>Today for lunch me and my fiance wanted to grab something to eat for the road. Much to our disgust... After ordering at Steers we went over to Fishaways. The cashier's were busy talking with a co-worker and decided that we can wait. After asking to be helped she only took my order. Upon arrival of my food we went back to Steers only to stand and watch for 20minutes how the staff chitchat and our food lying there getting cold. My fiance asked for the food, she looked at him and continued talking. He then asked her to please give us back our money as it is unacceptable. After leaving I opened my food to find it still PINK! We turned around and took it back. They refunded it after all first argued it wasn't their fault!!! We phoned the owner and he didn't even apologized!!!! Only said he'll refund us. I'm highly upset as I have never experienced anything like this. Poor service, poor attitudes and poor food!</p>
