Be careful when using the steers APP AND PAYING WITH YOUR CARD. THEY'LL STEEL YOUR MONEY WHILE YOU'RE SLEEPING.

Steers took my money at 4:18 am this morning. I tried placing an order on the 20th on their app and the funds bounced back. A notification came from my back stating I've made a payment then another one minute later, stating it's a correction, the funds a back into my account. When I checked on their app, my payment way declined, so I thought fine, I'll place an order for cash of delivery as a payment method. Which I did and they then called me an hour later, to advise that they cannot deliver on time, is there anyway I can collect. Which I responded by saying I can't collect, it's already 7:55 pm and I use public transport. I won't be able to get back so I don't mind a later delivery time. Which the lady who called accepted. She then called again to te me that I will have to make a plan because they can't deliver so I told her, I'll try but I don't think it's possible. I went out and not a single taxi would pick me up at that time so I turned back, tried to call the store with a friend's cell phone but no response so, seeing that I placed it for cash on delivery, I waited for delivery. Which never came, now! 21st of December! A whole day later, at 4:18! I received a notification from my bank saying that the funds we taken by steers!

I want my money back. I didn't receive delivery of anything from you. I want my money back!
