Baddest Customer Service for a pregnant woman

I am a pregnant customer who bought the cheesy chips at Steers in Northgate. When I ate the first chip, I tasted that they are too salty. I gave each of my colleagues one chip each to taste as well which there's 4 of us, they also tasted the too much salt. I then called the customer care line to find out if I can return the chips, the lady who assisted me on the phone said I could. When I went to Steers to return the chips, the so called manager there who's name is Simon told me they can't take back the chips with such a terrible attitude. As frustrated as I was, I left the chips there and left the store to go and call the customer care line again. Kholi is the lady who assisted me the second time seemed to wanted to defend that manager cause she told me that Simon said there were 5chips in the container and I don't have the proof. This Simon even had the gut to throw the chips I bought with my money in the bin! As pregnant as I am I had to walk up and down
