Bad website information

I wished to place an order (2021/04/13 @ around 18h00) for R40 phanda meal (rib burger and chips) I phoned the branch in the Newcastle CBD (Total Garage) and the lady who answered the phone says that order is for collection only and does not qualify for delivery, this information is clearly not placed on the website. I phoned KFC and got prompt and friendly service although the quality of the food was not up to standard.
