Bad treatment

Im very dissaointed at steers alice next to Forthare university i placed my order at 18:09 and 30 minutes passed then i cakked to enquire about it they said the driver will come shortly. Fine i waited and an hour passed i cakked again at 19:19 and they said the driver came i asked how since i never got a notification yo collect my order or a call then they hung up on me
