Bad treatment at Ceres Steers

I had bad experience at Steers in ceres we waited for our order long time when we asked they ignored us nd continue go give out other orders then we were furious asking why there is no update then they say we must wait we asked for clear communication the manager was around he came and say we must get out of his shop without asking what happened
