Bad to Worse

I have ordered ICE CREAM from Steers Sasolburg 18:00 they called me their Ice cream machine is not working immediately I placed another order at Steers Vaalpark at 18:11 and I have only received the order 20:22. I tried calling Steers 3 times the first time the phone was put down after I said "Hi". Second time the phone was automatically rejected. Third time I got through and they told me they would put me through to the manager and then the phone went dead. I found that my ice cream was only half. This is not the first time I have had issues, with other orders I would order chicken burger and they will send me a beef burger. Customer service is bad.
