Bad services from throntree

I was just to collect my order amd they say they forgot and they dont have enough stock wanted to change my ribs to chicken. I ordered over an hour ago. Im so dissatisfied and disappointed cause tbey vould have called To explain or canceled before i left my kids to drive there.
