Bad Services and Attitude from Steers Cashier

To whom this may Concern:

Yesterday 1st June 2022 around 14h00. I went to Steers N1 Bloemfontein to buy a Wacky Wednesday. The Cashier was very rude and unprofessional. After getting my order correct. and waited for my order to be ready. I saw my order was ready for collection and the cashier was busy talking to other staff. I waited over 10min to receive my order. upon receipt of my order the cashier did not provide my drink as per my order. I had to ask again for the cashier where my drink was. thereafter the cashier gave me the wrong drink with an attitude. I asked the cashier for the manager and her name and she just turned around and walked away. This is highly unprofessional and very rude. the Cashier's name on the slip: Raleting Retshidisitsoe. I will not support Steers again and will ensure I post this on all social media for bad service Regards Leon Wolmarans ***
