steers at Point road in Durban has decreased their services to a very low rate. The manager Xolela Nkuku flirts with customers and is dating his colleague Sihle Mbele. When they work the same shift us customers get affected because there a very bad service. Sihle frowns at females customers and Xolela is not afraid of grabing her ass in frontof customers. It is rumoured that Xolela has a pregnanted a girl who he told to abort the child and wants nothing to do with the child. Other female staffs are okay but they should be trained on how to answer the phone. Sihle should really attend cutomer management workshop. I believe the Senior manager and owner will attend the matter ASAP as female customers are intimidated by Sihle Mbele and they will definetely eat glasses instead of burgers.
