Bad service, wrong order, cold food

19:03 Placed order for 1 bacon avo and cheese burger with crispy chips, creme soda and 2 coke lights<br> <br> 20:15 Received a ice cold bacon and cheese burger (NO AVO) <br> Cold oily chips<br> and no steers sauce!<br> <br> 20:40 Eventually manage to get through to the store and ask to speak to the manager, Cindy<br> <br> She answers and when I tell her my problem says to me Oh i will have to speak to my staff and \slap them for not doing their job correctly"in a big joke voice. <br> She then offers to send me the correct burger and I said to her no she can send it tomorrow as we have already eaten. We were worried it would take another hour to receive our food. <br> She gives me an attitude and says oh well you are eating the burger so how can I replace it. And I cannot send it tomorrow night as the problem has happened tonight. <br> <br> I told her I will go to head office and she has said she will phone me in the morning. Her attitude over the phone is DISGUSTING and she should NOT have a position of authority and especially not one that deals with unhappy customers! Her tone of voice is sarcastic and childish!"""
