Bad service waiting 3 hours more for food delivery ry

We have placed a delivery order Steers Knysna about 2 hours ago but till now nothing came through even last night we experienced the same service on 22 Sep for full chicken, large chips, green salad and 4 rolls for delivery, the order came after 2. 5 hours. After that the driver only delivered full chicken the rest wasn't there, we had to call 3 times and the rest was delivered after 1.5 hours with no chips. Steers Knysna service is overwhelming and APPAULLING. We are still waiting for the food it's 2.5 hours now
