BAD service VS Excellent Service at ZevenwachtMall

This is a twofold post.<br> Kuilsriver Steers branches:<br> We were disgusted yesterday at the Spar Steers in VanRiebeeck Rd just after 5pm yesterday. We each wanted a Caramal dipped cone. The very unskilled girl with blank face behind counter just said that i cant order a caramel cone. I asked politely what the reason is. She said its finished. <br> After asking if she can make some more. She just said No. No bother to offer us anything else on the menu. No alternative. There was no point in asking for more as this poor girl was obviously unskilled and has had no customer training.<br> We drove to Zevenwacht mall Steers where we were also told they are having problems with the caramel due to the blistering heat. <br> HOWEVER..total different story: The owner or manager, service lady and Abdul were so damn nice and proffesional and actually made a plan for us. <br> Please could you commend Zevenwacht Steers for EXCELLENT service. In this country reknown for bad service, they pleasantly surprised me. <br> Van Riebeeck Street Steers though: typical new SA BAD service. Unskilled, no idea how to work with a customer and completely blank.<br> Thank you Zevenwacht mall for excellent service!<br> Monique Morrison
