Bad service TAW

Hi so on Wed we ordered TAW from steers Lorraine in port elizabeth, 1stvof all the del took +-50 which I understand due 2 the busyness, what really got me was the food was really cold chips were not cooked propley and 1 of the med chips did not arrive Even tho we paid for it, I phone the shop immediately 2 let them know, they said they r busy at the moment and will get 2 us well it's Friday and we r still waiting, I put a review on Facebook and not even a reply on there, I think that's really bad and looks like the owner or operator of the shop really does not care about there customers
