Bad service, still waiting for my order

I had placed an order since yesterday around 17h30. I spoke to the manager at Orkney and she told me that my order will be delivered and until now I have not received my order.

The manager who was on duty is Tumi. The lady ended up telling me that there is nothing she can do to deliver my order and she said she doesn't have a solution to my query, that was after 4 hours of waiting for my orders. My kids slept on an empty stomach waiting for the food. This was unprofessional and very disgraceful.
