Bad service : Steers Westonaria

I have placed an order with steers westonaria at 19:25 it's 20:49 and I haven't received my order. I called the store at 19:50 to track my order, I was told they will call me back. Lol they never did, called again just after 20:00 the phone is not going through. I am hungry,the kids are crying,there is no food in the house hence I ordered....I am very angry at their level of customer service I received.
