Bad service - Steers Total Lydenburg

I had the worst service ever, i ordered online and when i got to the store the cashier (Lorrene) said i had to wait for 90 minutes, as i was still talking to her the ladies at the back brought my order but she refused to give it to me and said i had to wait for 90 minutes like walk in customers.

This happened on the 26 june 2019 at Steers Lydenburg - total, i wrote to steers on the same day and also complained on their app but i was completly ignored
