BAD SERVICE - steers (shop 29 Brackenfell shopping Centre, Old Paarl Road)

<p>Good morning,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to report bad service I experienced at Steers in Brackenfell yesterday afternoon. My son and I arrived at steers at before 4:30, our orders placed at the till at exactly 4:30 on the slip. Most of the customers that came after me all got their meals, I was no 93, and they were already serving no 106/107.</p> <p>I walk up to the counter and ask the young lady what was the hold up, her name was Khullaaala, she asked the other lady who was packing up all the orders in their language, who did not seem interested at all, the response was they were waiting on chips. But I watched the lady who was was packing all the orders, she had chips for my order but was packing the chips into all the delivery orders and everyone else's orders, so there was chips!, I finally got my order at about 5:15 and left, no one apologised or said sorry for the wait nothing, it was dam hot yesterday, I was tired from work, and my son was nagging that he was hungyr and why was the food taking so long! I live in Brackenfell but will not go back to that steers as the service is pathetic.</p> <p>Regards Claudia</p>
