Bad service - Steers Lion Pride

I went to steers Lion pride a week ago on the 22nd of Nov .. and I must say the service was pathetic. I placed an order in store on one your automated machines and at the time I was the only customer waiting but it took forever to get my meal .

This lady that was preparing orders that day did not even care to let me know when my meal was ready for collection. I had to go up to her and ask if my order was ready and only then she asked someone else to put it in the takeaway bag. Where is the curtesy? So if I had not gotten up to check for my order who knows I could still be waiting til this day . The next thing there’s no chip spice for the cold chips I got and when you go back and ask for it , it becomes a joke to staff. This lady in particular that was not wearing a name tag said her name was “ Olga “ with an attitude when I asked what was funny . She continued to argue with me instead of apologising for the type of service she gave to me . Her colleagues had to keep apologising on her behalf whilst she was going on raising her voice at me about how busy she was and she had no help .

I lost my appetite as I left the store by the disgusting service received from Olga . She can let other people come work there if she does not like her job . We honestly do not need this type of behaviour especially from a takeaway outlet !
